Question

As salamo alaikum.
There are western toilets in our office.Doing istinja is very difficult there.As there are handshowers, it spreads water and the pant too gets wet.Can we do istinja while standing in these comod toilets?
Can we use tissue papers instead of the handshowers to make ourselves pure after istinja as using handshowers spreads water and there are chances of napaki being split in the pants.Please suggest?

The answer to your question is as follows:

If it is feared that doing istinja while standing or using hand-showers water will spoil your cloths then using toilet papers is permissible. Nevertheless, if one is compelled to such a situation, he should be very carefull while using commode toilets.
