in some circumstances we have to shake hands with girls working in a company. we knows that it is not allowed but we want to know that if we consider them as our sister and without any bad intention we shake hands then it is allowable or not?

The answer to your question is as follows:

A Muslim is not allowed to greet or reply to a non-mahram girl’s greeting and also shaking hands with them is strictly prohibited in Islam. Haram is Haram. It will remain Haram even if you do it with good intention.
