Wahdat-ul Ummah
An International Arabic Refereed Biannual Journal
ISSN 2348-5051
The bi-annual Arabic journal "Wahdat-ul Ummah" is a refereed journal. A refereed journal is a particular type of scholarly journal in which each article is judged or refereed by “the board of experts” in the field. Scholarly journals generally contain articles written by professors or researchers publishing the results of their work. As far our knowledge is concerned, there is no refereed journal available in Arabic language in India today. Hujjatul Islam Academy of Darul Uloom Waqf Deoband, taking a progressive step in the field of research, has decided to publish this Arabic Journal to provide publishing platform for the skilled writers and researchers. Their refereed materials and research will be reviewed by “the board of experts” prior to the publication. The “the board of experts” or “the editorial board” consists of more than 16 high profile Doctors and expert reviewers within India and abroad. The board will inform the publisher if the document should be published or if any changes should be made prior to publication. So that we can assure our readers that the information conveyed is reliable and worthy of trust. There is no iota of doubt that it was the intensive need of time to publish such a journal which encloses writing rules in terms of materials, margins and sources; by the virtue of these distinctive features, we hope that this journal will be highly appreciated in the world of academia. We chose its name “Wahdatul Ummah” (the unity of the Ummah) because we would be optimistically conveying the reliable information and beliefs, and of course it is an impressive way to unite the Ummah and bridge the rift between the communities and the various doctrines.
