Question

I always suffer from anaemia and other physical ailments due to which almost all the time when I wake up from sleep I feel lethargic and tired .so my question is if I feel tired and lethargic after waking up and I am very certain about not having wet dream and I am very certain that the discharge is regular chronic discharge and leucorrhoea
does ghusl become compulsory?
Plz answer me as soon as possible.
And pray for me as I always suffer from waswase

The answer to your question is as follows:

In the above mentioned case you are not obliged to do ghusl; only wadhu will be enough to perform namaz. You must abstain from waswasa.
