What is your opinion about prawn. Can we eat it?

The answer to your question is as follows:

Ulama have different opinions in regard to the prawn eating. Imam Abu Hanifa is of the opinion that prawn does not come under the category of fish which is lawful. So you are suggested to avoid prawn eating.
