اخرج الترمذی من حدیث عمر بن الخطاب رضی اللہ عنہ قال: کان رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم: اذا رفع یدیہ فی الدعاء لم یحطھما حتی یمسح بھما وجھہ؛ و اخرج ابو داود عن حدیث ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنھما وقال فیہ: فاذا فرغتم فامسحوا بھا وجوھکم, is hadith? If yes, it sahih? What level stand for the hadith?

The answer to your question is as follows:

Imam Tirmizi has reported this hadith and remarked as ‘Ghareeb’. Hakim and Zahabi also reported it. Imam Nawawi reported this hadith in Azkar and said that its sanad is weak. (مرعاۃ المفاتیح شرح مشکوۃ 7/346)۔
