In the case of menstruation, Zikir-e-Azkar, Darud-e-Sharif, Ojifah can be read without prayers and recitation, there is no prohibition. Rather, it is imperative for women to recite the obligatory ojifah, du'a, darud, and resignation during each prayer as they pray in the jainamaz. In it, a thousand rak'ats of prayer are written in his book, seventy thousand sins are forgiven, dignity is increased, and every word of Istighfar gets one light, and every branch of the body is replaced by Hajj and Umrah. Is it true???

In the name of Allah the most gracious the most merciful

The answer to your question is follows:

A woman in period cannot perform Namaz and recite Quran, but she can do zikrs. It is better for her to sit on her Musalla at the time of each prayer and recite wazaif and make dua. n

Note: We searched but could not come across the authenticity of the reward you mentioned in the question.

And Allah knows best
