Question

If you completed all the rituals of Hajj and you did not make Tawaaful Widaa, since Tawaaful Widaa is waajib, through leaving out the waajib, damm will be compulsory. However, since you have come out of ihraam entirely through performing all the rituals of Hajj, your wife will not be haraam upon you.

Note: If one does not do Tawaaful Widaa before leaving Makaah Mukarramah, but makes a nafl tawaaf after tawaaf-e-ziyaarat, the nafl tawaaf will suffice for the Tawaaful Widaa, and damm will not be compulsory. is right???

The answer to your question is as follows:

Tawaf-e-Wida (Farewell Tawaf) is achieved if a person performs any Tawaf even an optional tawaf after Tawaf-e-Ziyarat. Doing tawaf-e-Wida is wajib for an Afaqi. Any tawaf offered after tawaf-e-ziyarat will suffice for Tawaf-e-Widaa. However, if a person leaves Tawaf-e-Widaa completely, then Dum becomes obligatory on him. Since you have completed all the rituals of hajj, your wife is Halal for you.
