The answer to your question is as follows:
If the girl did not like the proposal but the family members got her married and the girl did not say anything then the silence will be considered as consent and the marriage will be valid. Nevertheless, the family members should not do so, otherwise it may lead to a lot of difficulties in future whose remedy will be impossible. Moreover, if the girl rejected the proposal clearly, even then the parents got her married, so the marriage did not take place. Since, it is not permissible to marry off a sane adult girl without her consent; such a marriage will not take place legally. However, if the girl is a minor, then the marriage is valid.
لايجوز نكاح أحد على بالغة صحيحة العقل من أب أو سلطان بغير إذنها بكرا كانت أو ثيبا فإن فعل ذلك فالنكاح موقوف على إجازتها فإن أجازته؛ جاز، و إن ردته بطل، كذا في السراج الوهاج." (الفتاوى الهندية (1/ 287، كتاب النكاح، الباب الرابع في الأولياء، ط: رشيدية)
"الحرة البالغة العاقلة إذا زوجت نفسها من رجل أو وكلت رجلا بالتزويج فتزوجها أو زوجها فضولي فأجازت جاز في قول أبي حنيفة وزفر وأبي يوسف الأول سواء زوجت نفسها من كفء أو غير كفء بمهر وافر أو قاصر غير أنها إذا زوجت نفسها من غير كفء فللأولياء حق الاعتراض."(بدائع الصنائع في ترتيب الشرائع (2/ 247، کتاب النکاح، فصل ولاية الندب والاستحباب فی النکاح، ط: سعید )
