hello
right now im getting help from charity i don't have enogh income to pay my bills but i want to know is necessary for me to pay zakat?

The answer to your question is as follows:

If you have 87 grams of gold or 612 grams of silver or rupees equal to 612 grams of silver, then Zakat will be obligatory on you at the end of the year, otherwise not.
