Question

My husband in a heated argument asking me to give khula. I once in fight told him I dont want to live with you as you often fight with me and then I asked forgiveness from Allah and then from him. He often in fight tells me, "go, do whatever you said". You go give khula, I don't have interest in issuing talaq. If you want do it. He said this two times. Does talaq took place or not? I don't have any intention to divorce him.

The answer to your question is as follows:

In the above mentioned case, the husband has not said a word about giving divorce, so no divorce has taken place. But, in future the husband and wife both need to be very careful in the matter of divorce.
