The answer to your question is as follows:
Many traditions have been reported regarding the one who led the funeral prayer of Hazrat Fatima. The preferred tradition is that Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq (R.A.) led the funeral prayer of Hazrat Fatima in the presence of Sahaba.
