Is it mandatory for a Muslim to check the source of money he/she is getting? I mean, if a person/company gives me money, is it mandatory to check the source of income of that person/company? If yes, then how can Muslims do Govt. job in a non-Muslim country as the income of the non-Muslim Govt. is a mixture of halal and haram income. Allah has forbidden people from mixing good with bad and there is no way that one can distinguish bad money (Generated from haram business of others) from good money in a non-Muslim country. But, if it is not mandatory to check the source of income of the payee, then what's wrong in taking interest from banks?

Before the commencement of Wahiy, for a period of six months, Rasoolullaah (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) would see dreams at night, that would be as clear as crystal the next day. This shows that the beginning of Wahiy was the seeing of Ru’yaa-e-Saalihah (good and true dreams). And since the period was for six months, when calculated as a fraction of the total period of Nubuwwat (prophethood – 23years), it works out to 1/46. That is why Ru’yaa-e-Saalihah is said to be ‘one forty-sixth’ of Prophethood. This ofcourse does not mean that seeing good and true dreams awards you with 1/46 of prophethood. The purpose of this hadeeth is merely to state the virtue of good dreams, and to denote that some dreams do have a meaning and message. Is it true description?

If I go to pray Isha and for some reason my tongue slips and I accidentally say, “I make intention to pray maghrib” is my prayer valid if I continue, or do I need to repeat the tahrima? Tonight I was leading isha prayer and my tongue slipped in the intention and I said, “I make intention to pray maghrib.” The people behind me made their takbirs to start the prayer. I then realized before I read the fatiha that I said the wrong niyya and said to myself “I make intention to pray isha” and repeated the tahrima quietly to myself. Is their prayer valid since they didn’t know to repeat their tahrima? If not, would the takbir they made when going into ruku’ count as a tahrima?

Tawaaf e widaa refers to the farewell tawaaf before leaving Makkah Mukaramah. This tawaaf is waajib. If one leaves out this tawaaf, dam becomes compulsory upon him/her. However, concession is granted to women in the state of haiz or nifaas to leave out this tawaaf, is it true???

If you completed all the rituals of Hajj and you did not make Tawaaful Widaa, since Tawaaful Widaa is waajib, through leaving out the waajib, damm will be compulsory. However, since you have come out of ihraam entirely through performing all the rituals of Hajj, your wife will not be haraam upon you. Note: If one does not do Tawaaful Widaa before leaving Makaah Mukarramah, but makes a nafl tawaaf after tawaaf-e-ziyaarat, the nafl tawaaf will suffice for the Tawaaful Widaa, and damm will not be compulsory. is right???

Du’a before eating:The following dua has been recorded in the Books of Hadeeth:بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَةِ اللَّهِ(Mu’ajam Al-Sagheer/ Mu’ajam Al-Awsat/Mustadrak Al-Haakim)The books of Hadeeth mention the du’a without the word ‘Ala’ (على).Some Ulama mention that the addition of word ‘Ala’ (على) is found in some copies of Mustadrak Al-Haakim. Just as Allamah Muhammad Ibn Al-Jazri Rahimahullah has narrated the dua with the addition of ‘Ala’ (على) in his book الحصن الحصين من كلام سيد المرسلين. However, this could not be located in the current day version of Mustadrak Al-Haakim.Therefore, it is preferable to recite the du’a بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَةِ اللَّهِ as mentioned in the Hadeeth without or with out the addition of the word ‘Ala’ (على)???

Sayyidna Abu Hurayra, Radi-Allahu anhu, narrates that once Hassan, Radi-Allahu anhu, took hold of a few dates of Sadaqah and was about to eat it. Nabi Sall-Allahu alayhi wa sallam took it away from him and remarked, ‘Do you not know that we (the family of the Prophet Sall-Allahu alayhi wa sallam do not eat Sadaqah.’ (Bukhari vol.1 pg.202; Qadeemi)From the above Hadith, it is evident that the descendants of Rasulullah Sall-Allahu alayhi wa sallam can not accept Zakaat. They should be assisted with Lillah funds only. If a Sayyid is in dire need and Lillah funds are not available, then only may he be assisted with Zakaat funds. Is it right?
