For the last around forty years, the way of offering nimaz is recite sanna, bismilla, soura fatah then bismilla and any soura small or big with minimum three aayats. A Mufti whose contribution on spreading Islam and enlightinh ignorant muslims is unparrel in non Muslim dominated area said that after reciting sura fatah, bismilla be not used rather directly recite soura or small three aayats. Reason is that bismilla is an aayat and after reciting one aayat we recite another sora or aayat. In such case sajza sou is wajib. Kindly guide us whether to recite bismilla after soura fatah and before soura.

After Faraz nimaz, the practice in Kashmir is to say Allahuakbar, astagfirula three times and then recite aittil qursi .as this aiit is from Qur'an there should be bismilla. But people do no recite bismilla rather read aait without it. Should we also recite bismilla before aaitul qursi.

A muktadi who was a musafir offered Isha prayer with jamat after an immam who was makeen. The musafir followed immam in two rakats and did not get up with the to complete four rakats. He say down and turn salam. When asked as to why he did not follow immam, he said that was was musafir and had to offer only two rakats. Jenab what is the right way for a musafir when he participate a jammat after mukeem immam.

A woman has wish in her life to construct a mosque and marry an orphan girl. This wish is not fulfilled in her life. She has good amount in her bank account. After her death can this amount be kept seperate to fulfill her wish and rest of the amount of the deceased to be distributed among her legal heir as per shaira.

My father expired and left four daughters and one son. He has good amount in Bank . I am nominee of his account. As per bank rules the whole amount goes to his nominee. But, I want to distribute the amount according to shaira. He had a wish to assist construction of a mosque, marrying an orphan girl and other charitable things.
