Q. 2384. Sheikh in which circumstances can one leave fast of ramadan and do it's qadha later on? Similarly in which circumstances can one leave namaz and do it's qaza later. Is their any rule for this.

Sheikh I have urine drop problem. It's takes me 15-20 minutes to complete urination . After this, I have to wait for around 10 mins for urine drops to stop. After this only I can offer salah and I have to go for urination prior to each fardh salah. My question is being a hanafi, how can I offer salah while travelling. Other people get free in just 10 minutes because they only have to make wuzu and then pray. I take 40 mins to get free from salah because first I have to urinate, then I have to wait for urine drops to stop and then Finally I offer salah after this

In the name of Allah the most Gracious the most Merciful

The answer to your question is as follows:

1. If someone has an illness that makes it impossible to fast, or fasting threatens his life or the disease is feared to be aggravated or you are a Musafir, in all these cases, the Shariah has allowed him not to fast and make up for them later on. . You should describe your situation in detail so that the Shariah ruling can be found out for you.

2. If you need more time to stop urine dripping, start your preparation accordingly. Purity is compulsory for prayer, and if it takes you a long time to attain purity, you have to spend more time to attain purity. There is no room for you in this regard. You should also get it treated by a specialist.

And Allah knows best
