I hope you people are doing well.

Could you please suggest us whether Cadbury Toffee and Chocolates such as "5 Star", "Chocobakes" etc., are halal or haram?

The answer to your question is as follows:

The items mentioned above and all the such products are halal. However, if a product is definitely known to be impure or to contain haram ingredients, it will be haram. However, if you have doubt about something, it is better to avoid it.
