The answer to your question is as follows:
It is not permissible for those who collect donation to demand a percentage out of the donation amount as remuneration. If the administration of the Madrasa gives some money from other than zakat fund as a reward for someone's good performance, considering his hard work, it is permissible. It is also not permissible to give commission or reward from Zakat money. Those who go to collect donation should also learn the etiquettes of collecting donations.
وتفسد الإجارة بجهالة المسمى كله و بعضه" (شامی،كتاب الإجارة،باب الإجارة الفاسدة،ج:6،ص:48، ط:سعيد)

"سوال (8160): ہمارے یہاں مدرسہ کا چندہ ہوتا ہے ، اس میں سفراء کمیشن بھی لیتے ہیں ، یہ کہاتک درست ہے، اور جائز ہے یا نہیں؟
الجواب حامداومصلياً:اس طرح معاملہ کرنا کہ جس قدر چندہ لاؤ گے اس میں سے نصف یا ثلث وغیرہ تم کو ملے گا ، شرعاً درست نہیں ، اس میں اجرت مجہول ہے نیز اجرت ایسی چیز کو قرار دیا گیا ہے جوعمل اجیر سے حاصل ہونے والی ہے کہ یہ دونوں چیز میں شرعا مفسد اجارہ ہیں ۔" (فتاوی محمودیہ ، کتاب الاجارۃ، باب اجرۃ الدلال والسمسار، ج:16، ص:629، ط:ادارۃ الفاروق کراچی)
