Can women pray in congregation without male leadership? there are many women in our country who get together in one house to discuss and teach Islamic subjects. At the end of the discussion, without the male leadership, one woman raises her hand and prays, and everyone else says Amen with her prayer(Dua). I want to know whether it is permissible in Islam for women to raise their hands in the form of a congregation for praying? And what is the SUNNAT way for women for praying? I will be grateful if I get a reference to the authentic book, Insha-Allah.

I know that 8-year-old girls are obliged to obey Allah and His Messenger (peace be upon him). Now, if a girl of 8 years or more comes forward without covering her limbs, would it be a sin to see her? Would it be permissible to send her to the maktab of the mosque to learn the Qur'an with men?

1. What is the Sharia Status of Tablighi Jamaat (and its work), is it Fardh, is it Waajib, is it Mustahab. 2. If a person has a little free time and he has a choice to either go to attend Tablighi Aamaal or to help her wife and parents at home especially when the kids are small, and he is not in a position to have a female servant or any helper who can help their family members. As per Shariyat Which one should he give preference? 3. If a person has a time to attend Tablighi Jamaat and Tablighi Aamaal but still he does not attend either of Tablighi Aamaal, he consider it as one of the Islamic Work and tells I do not have Munasibat with this work, I do support it, but I will do the Deeni work by other means. Is he a Sinner as per Shariyat?
