1. I got married few months back, my question is when my partner touches me (No intercourse takes place), i feel fluids out of the vagina & it also wets my night suit's trousers that im wearing. Am i napak with that fluid? Is it necessary to take ghusal next morning to get pak? Or just washing of the private part & changing the clothes is okay and i can pray without taking ghusal.

2. If i wear again my same night suit, that has dried vaginal discharge, will i get napak again ? And ghusl is must if i want to pray? or again i can just change my night suit & pray.

3. If my partner washes his penis in the bathroom's sink & the sink is not washed after that, will the sink becomes napak? Can one of us perform wadu in the same sink?

In the name of Allah the most Gracious the most Merciful

The answer to your question is as follows:

(1) The water coming out of the private parts is impure. If it gets on the clothes, the clothes become impure. However, it is not obligatory for you to perform ghusl, but it is sufficient to wash the private part and the portion of the clothes where the impurity existed. (2) If the amount of impurity is more than one dirham (coin), it is necessary to wash the clothes. Even if it is dried up, it is not permissible to wear it and pray without washing away the impurity. It will be necessary to wash the area. (3) If there was impurity in the organ and it was washed and purified in the sink, the sink was also purified, it is not necessary to wash it separately, but for comfort, one should wash it again and perform ablution in that place.

And Allah knows best
