The answer to your question is as follows:
If the interest amount is received from the same bank from which you paid the rent amount, then it is allowable to give it to the bank, but it is not permissible to receive the interest amount from the bank and give it to a company. You are not allowed to use interest money for your cause, but you have to bear the loss expenses from your own pocket. The interest amount must be given freely to the poor without intention of getting reward.
عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ : لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ آكِلَ الرِّبَا، وَمُؤْكِلَهُ، وَكَاتِبَهُ، وَشَاهِدَيْهِ. وَقَالَ : هُمْ سَوَاءٌ۔ (صحیح المسلم، رقم : ١٥٩٨)
وَيَرُدُّونَهَا عَلَى أَرْبَابِهَا إنْ عَرَفُوهُمْ، وَإِلَّا تَصَدَّقُوا بِهَا لِأَنَّ سَبِيلَ الْكَسْبِ الْخَبِيثِ التَّصَدُّقُ إذَا تَعَذَّرَ الرَّدُّ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ۔ (شامی : ٩/٣٨٥)فقط
