Is a nikkah done without any wali and only 1 witness and 1 qazi acceptable? I was not forced by my father for anything and we kept it secret because we were young but baligh, we have same khandaan and nasb and deen and good eductaion,i have abroad nationality he does not and my family is more financially stable.He gave me 3 talaqs but we have met privately in my room with doors locked and had NO intercourse,if anyone knocked he would run away so it wasnt 100% safe and private.Am i haram on him now?Is halala necessary?Or can he marry me again? We are both hanafi

The answer to your question is as follows:

Private meeting (khalwate Sahiha) has the same ruling as intercourse. Therefore, when the husband gave triple talaq after khalwat-e-Sahiha, they will be considered as three Mugallaza talaq and she will be haram for her husband and she cannot remarry the same person. The woman has to complete her iddat (three menstruations). The woman is free to marry another man after completing three periods of Iddat. It is forbidden to marry a person temporarily for a few days, so one should marry a suitable person after careful consideration.
