A preacher said that a companion of Mohammad swa asked him which is greater in status mosque or Mohammad saw. Prophet saw replied that mosque is greater as I come towards mosque. Similarly prophet is greater than Quran as it comes towards prophet. Is it correct, is there any Hadis

The answer to your question is as follows:

I couldn’t find such a hadith in books. However, the Prophet of Allah Muhammad (saws) is the best of all creatures, there is no doubt about it.

وفی السراجیۃ نبینا ﷺ اکرم الخلق وافضلہم (البحر الرائق ، کتاب الکراھیۃ 8/208)
