In the name of Allah the most Gracious the most Merciful
The answer to your question is as follows:
Law education is also a part of religious education. As other sciences are recommended in Islam, the law education is also permissible for Muslim women. Gaining law education is not a problem in itself, but the method of obtaining legal education needs to be pondered upon. If any alternative is available at home, it is better to stay at home and seek knowledge; otherwise, one should enroll in an institution where there is a segregated system of education with hijab.
In case, one becomes a lawyer, it is mandatory to take full care of what is halal and what is haram and completely avoid lying. Going out for fighting case in the court is not suitable for a young woman and surely it is against wisdom too.
The way the Islamic values are being violated in the name of higher education today is very tragic. Unless there is a suitable environment for learning, simply running after higher education is nothing but a materialistic approach.
