Assalamualaikum,

We didn't had sex in in 3 days of valima, is my nikah valid?
Also apart from that my wife complains lot of times that she is not satisfied with me after sex, does that effect the marriage in any form,
As now we have more than 4 years in marriage together

The answer to your question is as follows:

It is not mandatory to have sexual intercourse after marriage, therefore your marriage is valid, and however, if the husband is not able to fulfill the woman's desire, he should contact a specialist and have a proper treatment.
