Assalamualaikum warahmatullah barakatahu I am a qualified CA, & offered a job from bank as a credit manager. Here in this department there are two teams, one is relationship manager (RM) and other is credit manager (CM), RM is the sales team who brings new as well old clients of banks for cc od limits on their current account and in some case also for working capital loan, Me as a CM, have to check each and every document provided by client to bank is correct or not, and fix a maximum limit after studying documents as per bank policies, Here CM role ends, now RM has to take a call whether they want to give client that cc/od limit or not, and other further process. So I want to ask if a work here as a CM, will my job and its income will be halal or not.

I took a few thousand rupees from someone's shop a few years ago without telling him. He doesn't know it yet. Now I realize that I didn't do it right. If I tell him now, our relationship may be ruined. Besides, I should be very ashamed. So if I repent and slowly leave that money in his shop without telling him, will my sin still remain?

As salamo Alaikum warahmatullah wa barakatuh. I am an electrician by profession. When we buy electrical products from an electrical shop for our work, the shopkeeper gives a commission of 2% on the whole bill to me.Suppose if my whole bill is of Rs.5000, then I get a commission of 2% that is Rs.100 from the shopkeeper instantly as cash. I buy products for our customer and we also take the customer sometimes with us to the electrical shop to buy electrical items. The customer pays the whole bill amount and the whole seller gives 2% commission to us as electricians. Is the amount halal or haram which the shopkeeper give us as commission? Please answer soon.Jazakallah.

Assalamualaikum, I started working as an agent with my partner who has decades of experience in this field where we connect real buyers with genuine sellers and gets a commission from the seller once the deal is done... We are arranging skins from non-Muslim countries like Brazil, Argentina, etc... Buyers purchase raw skins through us and make them tanned and finished leather for shoes, upholstery, etc. As I know, Tanned leather is halal but here, it's going to be tanned in the future. While we are making a deal, it is raw skin, we don't know whether it is slaughtered in an Islamic way or not. So acting as a mediator in this business halal or not?

A person gave a loan from his halal money to someone with a mostly halal income. Later, the person who the money was lent to took up a new job in which they earn a mostly haraam income. Is it haraam for the lender to be repaid by the person he lent money to? Will such a repayment carry any of the spiritually destructive side effects of utilizing haraam wealth? And if there is any evidence from the ulama and fuqaha on this matter, then please share because I could not find anything about this online. JazakAllahu khayran.
