My father expired and left four daughters and one son. He has good amount in Bank . I am nominee of his account. As per bank rules the whole amount goes to his nominee. But, I want to distribute the amount according to shaira. He had a wish to assist construction of a mosque, marrying an orphan girl and other charitable things. I want to take some amount for this purpose from the account of my father and rest amount for distribution among sisters. My question can I do this.it should not go against shaira.

Assalamualaikum, My one son has done his marriage on his own.. He didn't ask me to attend nikah and barat. My mother is 92 years old has 4 sons living with me since year 1986. My all brothers use to meet mother 2 to 3 times in a year, though all live nearby to my house. In my son's marriage my mother asked not to invite her one son who abused her. Ignoring me and my mother he invited him and told me that he will call him by ignoring us. Due to my wife his barat proceeded from my self owned house, he and his wife stayed in my house for 15 days. He is B.Tech and is in job in Dubai. He I have spent lakhs of rupee in his education. Now I have decided to bedakhal him from all my property and not to let him enter in my house. Please guide me in the matter and on my decision.

Zakariya gave land and a house to his wife and daughter with possession. Zakariya clearly mentioned that from now on, the wife and daughter will have to pay taxes related to land and a house by their self (means by wife and daughter) Zakariya have completely disconnected his self from land and a house. The wife and daughter took possession of that land and a house. Zakariya also added another condition that I am not giving you the authority to make any changes about it, so yield crops on land and take the income from that land and no one have right to ask you detail about income or accounting of income." Zakariya also adds that after the death of wife and daughter, the land and a house should be distributed among the other heirs of Zakariya)

AssalamualikumMy Grandmother Expired on Friday, I saw dream on Sunday that my grandmother was sitting in bed and her sister (she was also expired some 15 days back) and Grandfather (he is alive) he was doing some work. It was our old House and after some time I felt this is very far away near by our new site. "My Grandmother was telling me that I am still alive" Then I start reciting "QURAN" by walking around, (as I was usually reading when she was alive). While reading Quran I felt some dust particles, asrat, are running away. Please give the Tabeer.Note-When I was young I use to teach QURAN to my grandmother.JAZAKALLAH

A Muslim advocate tells that my khala wont get any share of the property according to the Islamic Shariah as her husband died before his father.
