The virus is a soldier in Allah’s army. Today, it’s toppling people as if they were insects. The Chinese authorities imposed a siege on a million Uighur Muslims, and now, 50 million Chinese are besieged because of the virus, and they can’t find a cure for it because this is God’s will. Now I would to get to know is corona virus contaminants diseases? what say in islam about contamination diseases?

The answer to your question is as follows:

Corona-virus, by the will of Allah, is epidemic disease which effects one after another. Islam guides in term of such diseases not to travel in the affected areas and suggests the other people to keep away from the affected area.

  مثال الجمع حدیث لاعدوی مع حدیث لایورد ممرض علی مصح۔ وجہ الجمع ان الامراض لاتعدی بطبعھا ولکن جعل اللہ مخالطتھا سببا للاعداء فنفی فی الحدیث الاول مایعتقدہ الجاہلیۃ من العدوی بطبعھا وارشد فی الثانیۃ الی مجانبۃ مایحصل عندہ الضرر عادۃ بقضاء اللہ وقدرہ۔ (شرح النووی علی مسلم 1/35)
