Assalam-0-Alikum !
One of my sister in laws was dealing with the problem of anxiety. She used to forget things easily and used to get angry over small things. Few days ago she got to know about tumour in her head. She went for operation. Operation was successful but still there are some complications. Please give some Azkaar that she can recite for her early recovery. Now she is forgetting things even more. Please provide some Azkaar also for it.
She's making wudu before  offering salah, without doing masah of head. Can she continue it like this? As her stitches are new and bandaged.

The answer to your question is as follows:

It is obligatory to do the masah (wipe) of your head during ablution (wuzu), because it is an essential part of wuzu, so it will be necessary to wipe it in any possible way. And if there is a bandage on the entire head, you should wipe over the bandage and it will be sufficient. And Place your hand over your forehead and recite 'Ya qawiyyu' eleven times after each prayer. Keep your heart and mind calm and focus on the remembrance of Allah, no need to indulge so much in worldly affairs. Pay full attention to your prayers, recitation of the Holy Quran and seeking forgiveness. May Allah bless you and grant you recovery!
