A husband gives triple talaq to his wife. According to shaira he cannot remarry his erstwhile wife until she marries another one and get divorce. She marries an old age man who could not have intercourse with her. She gets talaq here also. My question is can she now re marry her ist husband who had given her three talaq

The answer to your question is as follows:

In the case you mentioned in the question, the woman cannot be married to the man who has pronounced three Talaq.
