Can i keep taweez or any paper in which name of allah is written in my wallet and go to the washroom along with the wallet.

The answer to your question is as follows:

If a Taweez is consisting of Allah’s name or Quranic verses and it is sewn in cloth and packed carefully then one can go to bathroom or washroom while wearing it. Likewise if the taweez is placed inside the wallet and is fully covered, then too it is allowable to go to washroom along with the wallet though it is not recommended.
