I want to get married to my cousin. How can I pray to Allah Ta'ala for getting married to him?

The answer to your question is as follows:

Recite ‘ Yaa Lateefu’ 1111 times after Isha prayer and make dua for your needs. Also you can read Surah Taha and Surah Maryam.
