The answer to your question is as follows:
It is not permissible to use interest money in toilets or bathrooms. It is not permissible to use interest money in any charitable work. The interest money must be received from bank and given to the poor without any intention of reward.
(رد المحتار: مَطْلَبٌ فِيمَنْ وَرِثَ مَالًا حَرَامًا، 99/5، ط: سعید)
"والحاصل: أنه إن علم أرباب الأموال وجب رده عليهم، وإلا فإن علم عين الحرام لايحل له ويتصدق به بنية صاحبه".
و فیہ ایضاً: (385/6، ط: دار الفکر)
أن سبيل الكسب الخبيث التصدق إذا تعذر الرد على صاحبه اه
