Assalamualaikum, Is it a sin (gunah) to do against Sunnah of Prophet (PBUH) as I heard a bayan from an Alim was saying that ? Of course it is always good and having 'hiqmah" to follow sunnah in every condition and a muslim should always follow sunnah, but I am asking "in principle" means "Kanunan". Like for example, wearing cloths first in right hand is sunnah, but if somebody wear first in left hand, then, whether this act will be treated as sin (gunah) or not ? Likewise we have many examples in our daily life. Wassalam Riyasat Ali

Assalamualaikum, we (muslim) treat zamzam as a sacred water, similarly hindus treat cow urine as a sacred thing and drink it. We (muslims) are getting every food items like oil, soap, butter, water, medicines, flour, pulses, fruits, food items etc from companies owned by hindus, as muslims do not have any company, because for establishing a company he or she has to study science and technology, which we do not have facility and do not like to, then need a bank loan, bank and insurance all stuff, which muslims are not allowed to involve. In this situation, are we not eating what hindus want us to eat ? Are we not fully dependent on those people who are not muslims ? In that case we and our ulema permits things when we need them, because there is no way left for us. Wassalam

Assalamualaikum, As you know that Videos, photos and many other things preserves events in a real time i.e. when it happens. So, to know the truth these techniques are extremely helpful to deliver the justice. Islam wants justice to be revealed at any cost and there must not be even a iota of injustice to anybody. In fact these techniques help us to know the truth and a person can not lie if he or she knows that his or her video or photo is taken and can be produce is a court. So, is it allowed in Islam to produce these things as evidences against in a court? If it is allowed then photography, videography must be allowed in Islam if not then why ? Wasslam

Assalamualaikum Mualana Saheban, Is it necessary or correct to divide Ilm (knowledge) as Deen and Duniya ? Because everything is made by Allah, so every Ilm is actually reveals the “Quadrat” of Allah. Of course Qura’an is the words of Allah and it is at top level but can we put other knowledge as second or third level ? Wasslam Your Obediently, Riyasat Ali

Is it not compulsory for an Islamic expert to understand current situation and current knowledge in order to give their opinion (Fatwa) regarding these issues like Banking, Insurance, Alcohol, Business, Loan, Education, Science, Health, Photography, Videography, Internet, Computer etc ? Like for example alcohol is used as an disinfectant in hospitals and during operations and medical practice.
